About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for performing comprehensive testing of our network protocol testing products. Your expertise will ensure that our solutions meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and reliability.

As part of an Agile SCRUM team, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and refining testing strategies that support our product lifecycle from conception to deployment. Your insights and leadership will help shape the quality assurance processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. You should have between 8 to 12 years of experience in quality assurance testing within high-tech environments, demonstrating a robust understanding of testing methodologies and network protocols.



Fluency in both French and English, both verbal and written, is essential.

You must be legally authorized to work in Canada. Proven experience with network equipment testing, understanding of Ethernet, TCP/IP protocols, and mobile device testing is required. Familiarity with automation tools is considered an asset, as it will support your efforts to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.

Responsibilities Implement and advocate for effective testing strategies early in the development process, educating team members on best practices and principles.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to select appropriate testing tools that align with our technological stack and team preferences.

Define the processes for writing, reviewing, and executing test scenarios throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring comprehensive coverage.

Encourage collaboration during grooming sessions to define clear acceptance criteria, incorporating testing considerations such as BDD formats like "Given-When-Then".

Lead efforts to automate test scenario execution, establishing regression tests that support continuous integration and deployment.

Integrate testing activities into the team's Definition of Done (DoD), ensuring all related tests are executed and passed before marking user stories as complete.





Promote the integration of tests into the CI pipeline, fostering a culture of automated and continuous testing.

Conduct regular review sessions to gather feedback, update test scenarios, and ensure they accurately reflect the evolving requirements and desired behaviors.

Track quality metrics to monitor progress, identify areas for improvement, and measure the effectiveness of testing strategies.

Continuously refine testing processes based on lessons learned and feedback, fostering a philosophy of ongoing improvement and collaboration within the team.
