We are seeking two Senior Systems Testing / QA Specialists to support a large-scale healthcare data modernization initiative focused on cloud-native platforms, interoperability, and enterprise integration solutions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for quality assurance activities including automated UI testing, API testing, functional testing, defect management, and validation of healthcare interoperability standards. This role requires robust expertise in enterprise-scale testing, automation frameworks, API validation, and healthcare data integration. Key Responsibilities
Analyze and understand business and technical requirements, business workflows, design documents, implementation guides, and data mapping specifications.
Develop test strategies, test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts.
Execute automated testing across multiple non-production environments and integrated systems.
Perform testing and validation of HL7 FHIR R4 resources, including:
Patient
Practitioner
PractitionerRole
Organization
Location
Encounter
Other related resources
Validate FHIR Implementation Guide (IG) profiles, including:
Profile conformance
Cardinality constraints
Terminology bindings
Data quality requirements
Validate HL7 v2 to FHIR R4 mappings, transformations, and end-to-end data flows.
Analyze, design, build, implement, execute, and maintain automation frameworks and automated test scripts for UI and API testing.
Utilize automation tools to generate, manage, and validate complex test data.
Log, track, and manage defects using Jira.
Collaborate with Project Managers, IT Leads, Business Analysts, and technical stakeholders.
Contribute to test effort estimation, test strategies, test plans, and execution reports.
Support business acceptance and release readiness activities.
Identify quality risks and provide recommendations supporting deployment decisions.
Collaborate with Development, Architecture, and Infrastructure teams.
Perform testing within Agile Scrum environments while following DevOps and CI/CD practices.
Mentor and support QA team members on testing automation frameworks, tools,
and best practices.

Qualifications
Experience
Minimum 7 years of experience testing large-scale enterprise applications and distributed systems.
Proven experience validating end-to-end business workflows across interconnected systems and enterprise programs.
Extensive experience with APIs, web services, integrations, and database validation.
Experience creating and executing test cases and test scripts for Functional and Systems Integration Testing.
Experience working within Agile Scrum delivery environments.
Automation Testing
Advanced experience designing and implementing scalable, data-driven UI automation frameworks using:
Selenium
Playwright
Ability to build automation frameworks from scratch.
Experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing automation suites.
Strong programming skills using
