MUST-HAVE SKILLS

- 5-7 years of Proven experience as a Quality Assurance or similar role, including testing websites, mobile web applications, and mobile applications.
- Robust expertise in various testing disciplines, including Functional Testing, UI Testing, Content Testing, Data Validation, Cross-Browser Testing, Cross-Device Testing, Sanity Testing, and Regression Testing.
- Hands-on experience with test case management and defect tracking tools such as Jira, Adobe Work Front, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Comprehensive understanding of QA processes, testing methodologies, environments, tools, and best practices.
- Experience working within Agile delivery teams and supporting iterative software development lifecycles is considered an asset. 6. Recent experience with Banking or Insurance or Financial institutes.

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS

- Working knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), accessibility testing practices,



and accessibility testing tools.
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, or similar technologies for web and mobile application testing.
- Ability to develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts to improve test coverage, efficiency, and release quality.
- Familiarity with programming or scripting languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, Python, or C# used in test automation.
- Understanding automation testing strategies, test design patterns, and quality engineering practices within Agile environments.
- Experience leveraging automation to support functionality, regression, smoke, accessibility, and end-to-end testing is considered a strong asset.

BEST VS. AVERAGE CANDIDATE

- The ideal candidate will be strong QA with recent banking projects experience. Strong expertise in various testing disciplines, including Functional Testing, UI Testing, Content Testing, Data Validation, Cross-Browser Testing, Cross-Device Testing, Sanity Testing, and Regression Testing.
