Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency with office software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in medical or dental offices is a plus, but not required. The Receptionist will play a vital role in maintaining a welcoming front desk and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Duties

- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally, utilizing proper phone etiquette
- Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Perform data entry with accuracy, maintaining organized records and filing systems
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail distribution
- Assist with administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, managing calendars, and preparing reports
- Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar software as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries and providing information efficiently




- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless office operations, including clerical support for medical or dental offices if applicable
- Sterilization of instruments

Qualifications

- Proven clerical or administrative experience, preferably in an office or medical/dental setting
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry applications
- Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is advantageous
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in proofreading and typing
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems professionally while demonstrating good phone etiquette
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to file documents systematically
- Previous experience in medical or dental office reception is preferred but not required; relevant training will be provided for qualified candidates
