Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) to join our agile team committed to transforming lives through evidence-based behavioral interventions. As an RBA, you will play a vital role in designing, implementing, and monitoring individualized behavior plans for children and young adults. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral strengths and challenges using data collection methods and clinical observations
- Develop, implement, and adjust personalized behavior intervention plans aligned with best practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA)
- Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and medical professionals to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions
- Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to track progress and inform treatment modifications
- Provide training and support to team members and caregivers on behavior management strategies and intervention techniques
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records in compliance with privacy regulations and organizational policies
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with advances in ABA methodologies and related fields
Skills
- Proven experience working with children in educational or clinical settings,
especially within special education environments
- Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to behavioral health and developmental disorders
- Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach tailored to individual needs
- Proficiency in managing electronic medical records systems for documentation and data tracking
- Ability to collect, interpret, and utilize behavioral data effectively to guide treatment decisions
- Exceptional communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and engaging families effectively
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and behavior modification techniques
