We have Physiotherapy, chiropractor, psychotherapy, councillor services and pelvic health therapist. we are growing company and this is our 3rd location. we are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team. In this role, you will provide professional massage therapy services designed to promote relaxation, alleviate pain, and enhance overall well-being for our diverse clientele.
Your expertise will help clients achieve their health goals through personalized treatment plans, exceptional customer service, and effective communication. Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality massage therapy sessions tailored to each client’s specific needs and health conditions
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including treatment plans and progress notes
- Educate clients on self-care techniques and post-treatment recommendations to maximize benefits
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand their concerns, preferences, and health history
- Adhere strictly to all safety, sanitation,
and professional standards set by licensing bodies
- Schedule appointments efficiently while managing client flow to ensure a smooth experience for all visitors
- Stay informed about the latest massage techniques, industry standards, and best practices to continually enhance skills
Experience
- Valid registration as a Massage Therapist with the appropriate licensing or regulatory body
- Proven experience providing therapeutic massage services in a professional setting
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to health assessments and treatment planning
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients in a positive manner
- Excellent communication skills for explaining treatments clearly and listening attentively to client needs
- Prior experience working with clients who have various health conditions or injuries is preferred but not required
