Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive preventative dental care, including thorough scaling, root planing, and polishing.
- Empower patients through tailored oral health education and preventative hygiene strategies.
- Collaborate closely with our dentists to design personalized treatment plans and monitor long-term patient wellness.
- Foster a welcoming, compassionate atmosphere that ensures every patient feels relaxed and valued.
Qualifications & Skills
- Active Registration: Current license in good standing with the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (CDHO).
- Clinical Excellence: Strong foundational knowledge of periodontics, preventative care, and patient communication.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience with digital charting and practice management software (Dentrix experience is a strong asset).
- Communication: Warm, professional bedside manner. Able to be systematic in presentation style
- Team Player: A must if we are to succeed as a team.
