Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Early Childhood Educator to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities

- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities for children
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
- Monitor and assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a comprehensive curriculum
- Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, behavior, and development
- Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Previous experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to use computerized systems for record keeping and communication

Experience

- Proven classroom experience working with children in early childhood settings such as daycare, preschool, or private schools.
- Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, and teaching physical education or literacy education.
- Experience working with students with diverse needs, including those requiring special education or early intervention support.
- Familiarity with childhood development principles, behavior management techniques, and child welfare standards.
- Knowledge of Montessori methods or other educational philosophies is preferred.
- Strong communication skills for engaging effectively with children, parents, and team members.
