The Opportunity

We are seeking a professional and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our team as a sub-contractor. In a women’s health context, massage therapy is a vital tool for managing stress, chronic pain, and physical transitions. At Stillwater, you will work in a newly renovated, clinical-wellness environment, collaborating with physicians and other wellness professionals to support a diverse patient base, including women navigating various life stages. Key Responsibilities

Clinical Assessment & Treatment: Conduct thorough orthopedic assessments and provide evidence-based massage therapy treatments tailored to women's health (e.g., prenatal/postnatal care, stress reduction, pelvic pain support, or musculoskeletal injury recovery).

Collaborative Wellness: Work as part of a multidisciplinary team,



receiving and providing referrals to our on-site physicians, dietitian, and movement instructors to ensure a "circle of care."

Patient Education: Provide self-care recommendations (stretching, strengthening, or mindfulness techniques) that align with our values of patient empowerment.

Professional Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely, and secure clinical records in accordance with CMTO standards and PHIPA regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

Registration: Current registration and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).

Insurance: Valid Professional Liability Insurance ($2M minimum).

Experience: Experience or specialized interest in women’s health (e.g., perinatal massage, lymphatic drainage, or myofascial release) is highly preferred.

Contract

Terms

This is a sub-contractor position.

Remuneration is based on a split-fee/percentage model.
