360 Wellness is growing, and we are looking for a Registered Psychologist or Provisional Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team at our Spruce Grove location.

This is an excellent opportunity for a psychologist who wants the flexibility of private practice without having to build everything from the ground up. You will have access to an established client base, strong administrative support, a beautiful newly renovated space, and the flexibility to create a schedule that works for you.

About the Opportunity

Our Spruce Grove clinic is an established multidisciplinary wellness centre serving individuals and families in the community. We are looking for a compassionate, motivated psychologist who enjoys working collaboratively while maintaining independence in their clinical practice.

The successful candidate may work with children, adolescents, adults, couples and/or families, depending on their areas of training, competence and interest.

We welcome applications from both Registered Psychologists and Provisional Psychologists.

Who We're Looking For We would love to hear from someone who is:




- A Registered Psychologist in Alberta or eligible to practice as one; or
- A Provisional Psychologist registered/eligible to register with the College of Alberta Psychologists
- Professional, compassionate and dependable
- Comfortable working independently while being part of a multidisciplinary clinic
- Committed to providing excellent client care
- Organized and timely with clinical documentation
- Interested in developing and maintaining a strong caseload
- Comfortable working with some or all age groups, depending on training and scope of practice
- A strong communicator who values collaboration with clients, families and other healthcare professionals

Experience or interest in areas such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, relationships, parenting, trauma, behavioural concerns, life transitions, emotional regulation, or child and adolescent mental health would be an asset.
