Motion Crafters Physiotherapy & Wellness Clinic is looking for a motivated and patient-focused Registered Physiotherapist to join our founding clinical team.

Whether you are an established physiotherapist looking for a fresh environment or a motivated clinician looking for a place to build your practice, this position offers the opportunity to grow within a new multidisciplinary clinic from day one.

You will work alongside chiropractic, massage therapy, mental-health and other wellness professionals in a collaborative workplace designed to encourage appropriate cross-referrals and comprehensive patient care.

We want our physiotherapists spending their energy on patients—not constantly worrying about reception, payments and clinic administration.

What You'll Do

- Perform comprehensive physiotherapy assessments.
- Develop individualized, evidence-informed treatment plans.
- Provide hands-on treatment and active rehabilitation appropriate to each patient's presentation.
- Treat a varied caseload including musculoskeletal injuries, sports injuries, chronic pain, post-operative conditions, work-related injuries and motor vehicle accident patients.
- Prescribe and progress therapeutic exercise programs.
- Educate patients regarding injury management, recovery, prevention and self-management.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate, timely and professional clinical documentation.
- Communicate appropriately with physicians, insurers, case managers and other healthcare providers when required.
- Collaborate with other practitioners within the clinic when multidisciplinary care would benefit the patient.
- Maintain professional, ethical and regulatory standards at all times.
- Help create an exceptional patient experience from assessment through discharge.

What We're Looking For

- Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta.




- Valid professional liability insurance.
- Strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Patient-centred and evidence-informed approach to care.
- Professional, dependable and organized.
- Comfortable practicing both independently and collaboratively.
- Interested in developing a long-term caseload and professional presence within Airdrie.
- Positive attitude and genuine interest in contributing to a growing clinic.

Additional Skills Are an Asset Training or experience in any of the following is welcomed:

- Dry needling / IMS
- Acupuncture
- Pelvic health
- Vestibular rehabilitation
- Concussion management
- TMJ treatment
- Manual therapy
- Sports rehabilitation
- MVA rehabilitation
- WCB rehabilitation
- Chronic pain management
