Comfort Cocoons Home Care Ltd. is looking for a compassionate, reliable, and skilled Relaxation Massage Practitioner (Non-RMT) to provide non-therapeutic relaxation and wellness massage services to seniors and other clients in the Richmond community.

This is a non-registered massage position. RMT registration is not required. Services are focused on relaxation, comfort, and general wellness and are not intended to diagnose or treat medical conditions.

The ideal candidate is caring, patient, respectful, and comfortable working with seniors.

Responsibilities

- Provide gentle relaxation and wellness massage services.
- Provide 30-, 45-, 60-, and 90-minute massage sessions as scheduled.
- Work with seniors and other community clients in a respectful and compassionate manner.
- Provide services in clients' homes, senior living communities, and other approved community locations.
- Maintain appropriate hygiene, cleanliness, and infection-control practices.
- Ensure clients are comfortable and appropriately positioned during services.
- Communicate professionally with clients, families, facility staff, and the Comfort Cocoons team.
- Maintain client privacy and confidentiality.
- Recognize when massage may not be appropriate and report concerns to the appropriate team member.




- Follow Comfort Cocoons Home Care policies, procedures, and professional boundaries.

Qualifications
- Massage, wellness, spa, bodywork, or related training/experience preferred.
- RMT registration is not required.
- Experience working with seniors is an asset.
- Gentle, patient, compassionate, and professional approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Comfortable travelling to clients and senior living communities in Richmond.
- Ability to work independently and responsibly.
- First Aid/CPR certification is an asset.
- Criminal Record Check/Vulnerable Sector Check may be required.
