Fun-loving work environment with strong social responsibility What You’ll Be Doing Duties and Responsibilities: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, site visits, networking, and referrals. Consistently generate qualified leads, build a strong pipeline, and close new rental business. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, project managers, and decision-makers.

Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Conduct on-site visits to assess customer needs and recommend equipment solutions that maximize productivity and safety. Stay informed on market trends, jobsite activity, competitor offerings, and product innovations to position Cooper as the partner of choice.

Negotiate rental agreements and pricing with confidence and professionalism.

Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring customers receive prompt solutions and reliable follow-up. Accurately track activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system. Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and community functions to build brand presence and expand market share.

Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term relationships. Analyze customer needs and requirements, and present customers with equipment rental solutions.





Qualifications And Requirements What You’ll Bring to the Team Valid Class G driver’s license with a clean or satisfactory driver’s abstract (no more than three demerit points). You will be required to provide a copy of your updated driver’s abstract upon request.

Minimum Grade 12 diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in a related field is an asset but is not required. Proven success in B2B Outside Sales with a hunter mindset—experience in the construction equipment rental industry or a related field is a strong asset.

Thorough understanding of the construction industry, and of equipment rental fleet operations is an asset. Product knowledge of a diverse range of construction equipment is an asset. Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and consistently growing a territory.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a competitive environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to manage multiple priorities independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms; familiarity with SRM software is a plus. Team-player, with the ability to interact with both customers and colleagues in a professional manner.
