Role Description In this full time, on-site Representative role based in Ajax, ON, you will serve as a key point of contact between Outlier and its expert community. You will help explain project requirements, answer questions, and guide experts through onboarding and participation in AI training initiatives.

On a day-to-day basis, you will support experts in troubleshooting issues, gathering feedback on project experiences, and sharing insights with internal teams to improve operations.



You will collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to ensure smooth workflows, maintain accurate records, and uphold quality and compliance standards. This role involves active communication, problem-solving, and a focus on providing clear, professional support to experts and partners.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support, guide, and engage experts and stakeholders.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple inquiries, track activities, and meet deadlines.
- Customer or community support experience, including problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Comfort with technology platforms and online tools; ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, reporting, and following procedures.
- Ability to work on-site in Ajax, ON, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Previous experience in customer service, operations, education, or tech-related environments is an asset.
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Communications, Technology) or equivalent experience.
