Reservation Staff – Muskoka BeerSpa Position Summary The Reservation Specialist is the first point of contact for our guests. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by managing reservations, answering guest inquiries, promoting services and packages, and ensuring every guest has a seamless booking experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries professionally.
- Book, modify, and cancel reservations accurately.
- Provide information on spa services, packages, policies, and promotions.
- Recommend upgrades and add-ons to enhance the guest experience.
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
- Communicate effectively with the Guest Services and Spa teams.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable using reservation and computer systems.
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is an asset.
