Position Summary
Use administrative and sales skills to manage the office and provide tours or engaging conversations with Residents interested in moving in.

Responsibilities
Reception and office duties for the “Seniors Living” home
Conduct sales-effective “Tours” of the SL home with walk-in’s and booked appointments
Prioritize appointments and proactively and positively resolve conflicts as they arise
Maintain office operations by ordering supplies, processing invoices, track attendance, process payroll and post scheduled hours including seniority lists
Responds to phone and email inquiries – providing general information and referring inquiries to the appropriate source.

Qualifications
Qualifications
Persuasive Marketing and Sales experience required
Post Secondary Education with a diploma in Office Administration
Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
Familiarity/ability to understand the Retirement Home Act and Residential Tenancies Act
Experience in an Office and or a Care Home setting an asset
Extensive computer literacy skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to maintain records, prepare contracts and complete billing
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage time-sensitive tasks
Pro-active approach and able to work with minimal supervision
Ability to work under pressure in busy, fast-paced setting
