- Great Base Pay: Starting rate of $30.00 / hour, increasing to $32.00 / hour after your training period.
- Vacation Pay: Plus 4% Vacation Pay paid out every pay period.
- Flexible & Consistent Schedules: Custom shift options available to fit your lifestyle—enjoy reliable hours while keeping your schedule versatile enough to plan your life.
- No Nightly Rental Cleaning: Enjoy predictable, quality-focused residential cleans without the chaotic back-to-back turnaround rush.
- Fuel Reimbursement: $0.72 / km when driving your personal vehicle for work purposes.
- Supplies & Uniforms Provided: Work T-shirts provided, plus all top-tier equipment and premium supplies—no fighting bad vacuums!
- Beautiful Work Environment: Clean in some of Whistler’s most prestigious private homes and luxury vacation properties.
What You Bring
- Proven Experience: You know your way around high-end homes and how to treat luxury finishes with care.
- Reliable Transport: Based in Whistler or the Sea-to-Sky corridor with your own reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
- Great Attitude: Professional, punctual, detail-oriented, and bringing a "no-task-too-small" mindset.
- References: At least two professional references who can vouch for your work ethic.
