Pay: $20.00–$27.00 per hour. Expected Hours: 30–37.5 hours per week. Benefits available for qualifying full-time employees after 12 months

We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Residential Cleaning Technician to join our trusted team. This position is best suited for someone who values professionalism, consistency, communication, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.

Position Responsibilities

Perform detailed residential cleaning including kitchens, bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and surface care.

Follow customized cleaning systems and home-specific instructions carefully and consistently.

Launder linens and towels as required. Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized atmosphere within clients’ homes.

Communicate respectfully and professionally with clients and team members.

Work carefully around pets, children, elderly residents, and delicate finishes.

Maintain professional appearance, conduct, and time management throughout the workday.

Use cleaning products and tools properly to protect surfaces and materials in higher-end homes.

Schedule & Physical Requirements:





-Monday–Friday daytime availability required -Typical start times are 8:00am or 8:30am

-Availability for occasional Saturday work.

-Must be comfortable standing, walking, lifting, bending, and working physically throughout the day

-Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required

Training & Advancement:

We provide extensive hands-on training. New team members work directly alongside the owner(s) during the training period before gradually transitioning toward greater independence as consistency, professionalism, reliability, and confidence are demonstrated.

Compensation Growth:Our compensation structure is designed for long-term growth and stability.

New team members begin at $18/hour during the initial training and probationary period. A $2/hr performance/attendance bonus is on top the wage.

Compensation increases progressively as reliability, professionalism, quality of work, communication, consistency, and independence are demonstrated over time. If Attendance and performance are consistent,a wage of $24/hr plus the $3/hr bonus by 12months is quite probable.

Employees who consistently perform well may have the opportunity to advance substantially in compensation within their first year, with additional long-term advancement opportunities available for senior team members.
