We’re looking for an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead a high-volume quick-service restaurant in Vancouver.

This opportunity is with a growing QSR brand that is continuing to expand its presence in Canada. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading restaurant operations, developing a strong team, and driving overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members
- Build a strong management and leadership pipeline
- Drive sales, profitability, labour performance, and operational results
- Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, service, and guest experience
- Manage scheduling, labour, inventory, food costs, and controllable expenses
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety, and operational standards
- Monitor restaurant KPIs and implement action plans to improve performance
- Manage employee performance, coaching, and development
- Create a positive, accountable, and team-focused restaurant culture
- Support company initiatives, promotions, and future restaurant growth

What We’re Looking For





- Previous Restaurant General Manager or senior restaurant management experience
- Strong QSR or fast-casual restaurant experience preferred
- Proven experience leading and developing restaurant teams
- Strong understanding of restaurant financials, labour management, food costs, and inventory
- Solid communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Interested in growing with an expanding restaurant organization
