TB Food Services Inc. DBA Tim Horton’s restaurant located at Merritt, BC is looking for two Restaurant Managers to join their team as soon as possible.

Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Work Location: Various Locations

3340 River Ranch Rd, Merritt, BC, V1K 1M5

Wage: $27.70 per hour; 35 hours per week

Number of positions: 2

Terms of Employment: Full time and Permanent

Start Date: As soon as possible

Job Duties

- Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
- Conduct performance reviews
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation
- Lead/instruct individuals
- Address customers’ complaints or concerns
- Provide customer service
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations

Job Requirements/Skills

- Completion of high school is required
- Knowledge of English language is requiredMinimum of three years of work experience required in a similar field
- Must be prepared to work under pressure
