Duties

- Lead and supervise store staff, including recruiting, training, developing, and evaluating team members to ensure high performance and excellent customer service
- Manage daily store operations with a focus on sales management, merchandising, pricing strategies, and inventory control
- Oversee cash handling procedures, POS (Point of Sale) systems, bookkeeping, and payroll processing to maintain accuracy and compliance
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing clients while promoting product knowledge and upselling techniques
- Monitor store budget adherence, perform purchasing duties, and optimize product displays to maximize sales opportunities
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, store policies, and legal requirements related to retail sales of vaping products




- Foster a welcoming environment by providing outstanding customer service through effective communication skills and phone etiquette

Requirements

- Proven supervising experience in retail management or store leadership roles within a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of retail sales techniques, merchandising, pricing strategies, and inventory management
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and administrative tasks
- Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—and strong organizational skills
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for pricing, budgeting, and sales analysis
- Demonstrated ability in recruiting, interviewing candidates, training staff, and developing team members’ skills
- Knowledge of marketing principles relevant to retail environments and customer engagement strategies
- Time management skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic setting
