This is a full-time, in office role located in the Toronto office, for a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Consultant. The RPA Consultant will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of Robotic Process Automation solutions. Daily tasks will include collaborating with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, analyzing and improving business processes,



and configuring automation workflows.

The role entails creating technical documentation, troubleshooting, and ensuring successful deployment and optimization of automation initiatives. Qualifications

Strong expertise in Process Automation and Robotics software, including experience in implementing RPA technologies.

Robust Analytical Skills and ability to translate business needs into efficient automated solutions.

Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clearly convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience and knowledge of Business Process analysis and optimization.

Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with certifications in RPA tools like Blue Prism, are beneficial.

Prior experience in industries such as Banking, Insurance, or Manufacturing is an advantage.

A proactive mindset, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to staying updated on emerging trends and technologies in automation.
