Responsibilities

- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, and common areas, following established standards.
- Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues or damages and report them promptly to the management team.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness by using appropriate cleaning techniques and industrial cleaning equipment.
- Adhere to safety and hygiene protocols at all times to ensure a healthy environment for guests and staff.
- Assist with laundry duties when necessary, including sorting, washing,



and folding linens and towels.
- Support other housekeeping tasks as needed to maintain the overall cleanliness of the hotel premises.

Requirements

- Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, industrial cleaning equipment, and safety standards.
- Robust attention to detail with a commitment to delivering exceptional cleanliness.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Prior hotel experience or familiarity with hospitality standards is a plus but not mandatory.
