Senior Systems Testing / QA Specialist We are hiring a Senior Systems Testing / QA Specialist to support the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement in planning, coordinating, and executing comprehensive quality assurance and testing activities for complex web-based, CRM, BI, and ETL solutions. The successful candidate will bring extensive hands-on experience in manual testing, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, BI and end-to-end ETL validation, systems integration, functional and non-functional testing, accessibility testing, and Agile delivery environments. This role requires strong experience developing testing strategies, test plans, test cases, test data, and testing artifacts, along with the ability to analyze defects, validate data across source and target systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support UAT throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities Testing Strategy, Planning & Quality Assurance

Provide expert advice on testing strategies, test plans, testing tools, and resources required for successful testing execution.

Plan, organize, and manage testing efforts for large and complex systems across GUI and non-GUI environments.

Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, test scripts, test scenarios, and test data.

Execute systems integration testing, specialized testing, UAT support, stress testing, and other required testing activities.

Establish and maintain quality assurance practices throughout the solution development lifecycle.

Ensure testing activities align with project requirements, timelines, quality standards, and delivery milestones.

Manual, Functional & Non-Functional Testing

Perform comprehensive QA and testing activities, including:

System testing

Web-based UI testing

Post-release and post-implementation testing

Support testing of Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) CRM solutions.

BI, Dashboard & End-to-End ETL Testing

Perform end-to-end testing of BI products and ETL processes.

Conduct data analysis and validation across source and target systems.

Participate actively in business requirement elicitation and analysis.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams throughout the Agile/iterative solution development lifecycle.

Facilitate meetings and workshops to understand and clarify business and technical requirements.

Compliance, Reporting & Project Support

Provide daily reports confirming the status of assigned activities and deliverables.
