Our collections include Gold, Silver, Brass and Titanium Steel jewelry, featuring premium-quality plating, anti-tarnish finishes, CZ and moissanite stones, and carefully curated pieces for both women and men.

As we launch our new retail location in Burnaby, we are building a team of confident, stylish and customer-focused individuals who can help create the True Blings experience.

The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and sales-driven Sales Associate who enjoys connecting with customers and has a genuine interest in jewelry, fashion and personal style.

This is more than a cashier position. You will be expected to understand our products, engage customers, recommend pieces based on their needs and style, and confidently turn customer interactions into sales while providing an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers warmly and provide attentive, personalized service.
- Learn the True Blings collections and confidently explain product materials, features, care and value.
- Recommend jewelry based on customers' style, occasion and budget.
- Use suggestive selling and cross-selling to help customers create complete jewelry looks.
- Work toward individual and store sales targets.
- Process purchases, exchanges and returns accurately.
- Maintain beautiful, organized and well-stocked jewelry displays.
- Assist with receiving merchandise,



inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Maintain store cleanliness and presentation.
- Support promotions, product launches and seasonal campaigns.
- Help protect merchandise and follow store loss-prevention procedures.
- Represent True Blings professionally and positively at all times.

What We're Looking For
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience.
- Jewelry, fashion, beauty or luxury retail experience is an asset.
- Confident, friendly and comfortable approaching customers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A natural ability to recommend products and close sales without being overly pushy.
- Professional appearance and strong attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual and comfortable working independently when required.
- Comfortable learning POS and inventory-management systems.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings and holidays.
