The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, educating customers about our products, and driving sales. This position requires a proactive, outgoing individual who is comfortable engaging with customers and promoting our products.
Responsibilities
- Greeting and engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Identifying customer needs and recommending products that meet their requirements
- Providing customers with accurate product information, pricing, and technical specifications
- Demonstrating and showcasing products to customers in-store
- Assisting customers with the purchase process, including processing payments and providing receipts
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
- Monitoring inventory levels and restocking products as needed
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends, product launches, and new technologies
- Providing feedback to management on customer preferences and buying patterns
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven work experience in a retail sales environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Knowledge of consumer electronics products and technologies preferred
- Ability to work a adaptable schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and climb ladders
- Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash and credit card transactions
