About the Role

We are looking for an organized and proactive Sales Enablement & Business Development Support Intern to help our sales and partnership team operate efficiently.

This position focuses on supporting the sales process behind the scenes. You will help organize prospect information, prepare meetings and presentations, update the CRM, coordinate follow-ups and ensure that the team has the information and materials required to move opportunities forward.

You may also participate in prospect research, outreach, product demonstrations, employer meetings, conferences and networking activities.

This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate interested in sales operations, business development, customer success, administration, marketing, technology or social impact.

Key Responsibilities

- Research prospective clients, partners and market opportunities
- Identify relevant organizations, departments and decision-makers
- Prepare prospect summaries and briefing notes for the sales team
- Maintain accurate contact, activity and opportunity information in the CRM




- Organize leads according to industry, location, priority and stage
- Schedule discovery calls, product demonstrations and follow-up meetings
- Prepare agendas, presentation materials and meeting notes
- Draft customized outreach and follow-up messages
- Monitor unanswered emails and overdue follow-ups
- Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals and partnership briefs
- Coordinate internal tasks following client meetings
- Track weekly outreach, responses, meetings and pipeline activity
- Prepare basic sales reports and dashboards
- Support product-demonstration preparation and testing
- Record prospect feedback and communicate insights to internal teams
- Assist with client onboarding and early-stage customer support
- Coordinate with marketing on campaigns, events and promotional materials
- Help prepare for conferences, employer meetings and networking events
- Attend selected meetings and events with the team
- Ensure sales documents and shared folders remain organized and current

Preferred Qualifications
- Student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, Sales, Administration, Technology or a related field
- Solid organizational and time-management skills
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Comfortable managing calendars, documents and multiple follow-ups
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Able to research organizations and identify decision-makers
- Comfortable communicating professionally by email, telephone and LinkedIn
- Interested in accessibility, inclusive employment and technology
- Able to work independently while supporting a collaborative team
- Comfortable travelling within the GTA for selected meetings and events

Experience with CRM platforms, spreadsheets,



LinkedIn, Canva, presentation software or project-management tools is an asset. Previous experience in administration, customer service, sales support, fundraising, marketing or event coordination is helpful but not required. Training and onboarding will be provided.
