Role Description The Sales Host(ess) is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Calgary Metropolitan Area, working in show homes or sales centers to welcome and assist prospective home buyers. In this role, the Sales Host(ess) greets visitors, answers questions about homes, communities, and building processes, and provides clear information and brochures to support the sales team. Daily responsibilities include managing guest sign-ins, collecting contact information for follow-up, coordinating reservations or appointments, and maintaining a skilled, well-presented sales environment.

The role also involves handling phone inquiries with courteous phone etiquette,



directing clients to appropriate team members, and supporting basic administrative tasks such as updating visitor logs and preparing materials for showings.

The Sales

Host(ess) collaborates closely with sales staff to ensure a positive, efficient, and welcoming experience for all visitors.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities to engage visitors, build rapport, and provide a welcoming experience.

Clear and professional communication skills, including confident speaking and active listening in person and over the phone.

Experience managing reservations, appointments, or bookings, with attention to accuracy and organization.

Professional phone etiquette and comfort handling inquiries, transferring calls, and taking detailed messages.

Ability to work on-site full time in the Greater Calgary Metropolitan Area, including weekends and peak visiting hours as needed.

Previous experience in sales support, hospitality, real estate, or customer-facing roles is an asset.

Strong organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detail when maintaining visitor records and sales materials.

Basic computer proficiency (email, calendars, visitor tracking tools); familiarity with real estate or homebuilding environments is beneficial.
