Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Edmonton, AB.

The Sales

Manager will oversee daily sales operations, including identifying new business opportunities, managing existing client accounts, and developing strong relationships with shippers, brokers, and other logistics partners. The role involves preparing and presenting quotations, negotiating rates and contracts, and coordinating closely with dispatch and operations to ensure service commitments are met.

The Sales

Manager will track sales performance, analyze market trends, and contribute to pricing strategies and sales forecasts. Additionally, this position will support the development and implementation of sales processes, coach team members, and represent Flexmove Inc. at industry events and customer meetings.

Qualifications

Proven experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain sales, preferably with flatbed,



step deck, and oversize/RGN freight.

Experience in Freight forwarding is an asset.

Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and account management.

Ability to analyze market trends, prepare forecasts, and develop effective sales strategies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.

Solid organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.

Comfort with using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and standard office software to track leads, opportunities, and performance metrics.

Leadership capabilities to mentor and guide team members and collaborate effectively with operations and dispatch.

Knowledge of cross-border transportation regulations between Canada and the US is an asset.

Post-secondary education in business, logistics, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
