We are looking for a motivated Sales & Recruitment Specialist who can help us grow our client base while also finding talented consultants to support our projects. This is a great prospect for someone who enjoys sales, recruiting, research, networking, and building relationships.

What You’ll Do Sales & Business Development Research and identify potential clients across Canada and the United States

Find and connect with key decision makers

Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, and phone

Identify opportunities through job boards, company websites, LinkedIn, and industry research

Qualify potential clients and schedule discovery calls

Manage leads and follow up consistently Recruitment

Find talented technology consultants for client projects

Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks

Conduct initial candidate screening

Coordinate interviews

Build and maintain a strong consultant network

Match consultants with relevant opportunities Who We’re Looking For

You may have experience in sales, recruitment,



business development, staffing, lead generation, or technology consulting. We’re looking for someone who is:

Confident communicating with new people

Comfortable with outbound calls and outreach

Solid at research and finding opportunities

Experienced using LinkedIn for sales or recruiting

Organized and consistent with follow ups

Independent and results focused
