- Manage cash register operations, including cash handling, POS transactions, and basic math calculations
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are well-stocked and appealing
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction
- Follow phone etiquette standards when assisting customers via phone or online inquiries




- Effectively manage time to prioritize tasks, handle multiple customers simultaneously, and meet sales goals

Skills

- Multilingual abilities are highly valued to connect with diverse customer bases
- Proven experience in technology or retail sales with a focus on product demos and technical explanations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate product advantages and technical details
- Experience in merchandising, cashiering, POS systems, and cash handling procedures
- Customer service orientation combined with excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions and inventory management
- Demonstrated organizational skills with effective time management to handle busy periods efficiently
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus for engaging a broader range of customers
- Knowledge of upselling techniques and sales strategies to maximize revenue opportunities
