Duties

- Engage with customers proactively to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features clearly to enhance customer understanding and interest
- Perform upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities and increase revenue
- Manage cash register operations, including cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) transactions, and basic math calculations
- Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract customers and promote featured products
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience




- Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with diverse customers, including bilingual interactions when applicable

Requirements

- Previous experience in retail sales or technical sales is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential
- Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency in English and another language are highly valued
- Demonstrated ability to perform product demos and explain technical features clearly
- Robust organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent phone etiquette, communication skills, and customer service orientation
- Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and inventory management
- Experience with merchandising, cashiering, POS systems, or retail environments is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends or evenings as needed
