Responsibilities

- Build the training strategy for the SAP implementation.
- Work with SAP consultants and business teams to create training materials.
- Coordinate delivery of training across the company.
- Track attendance, completion rates, readiness, and adoption.
- Help map employees to future SAP roles so the right people get the right training and system access.
- Ensure training continues after go-live through refreshers, onboarding, and support materials.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in large software implementations and training
- Expert user of SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, and Workday
- Experience supporting go-live activities
- Experience building SAP training strategies
