We are looking for a robust Scrum Master / Product Delivery Lead to help lead the development of a growing digital product.

This is a hybrid role for someone who is equally comfortable working closely with developers and communicating with business stakeholders. You will help keep the development team organized and moving while ensuring stakeholders have visibility into priorities, progress, risks, and upcoming releases.

What You'll Do

Lead sprint planning, stand-ups, refinements, reviews, and retrospectives.

Work closely with developers, QA, UX/UI, and product stakeholders.

Manage sprint priorities, capacity, dependencies, and blockers.

Help ensure requirements and user stories are clear and development-ready.

Coordinate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Provide stakeholders with clear updates on progress, risks, timelines, and deliverables.

Keep meetings focused, document decisions, and ensure action items are followed through.





Identify delivery risks early and help drive them to resolution.

Continuously improve how the team plans, communicates, and delivers.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of Scrum Master or Agile product delivery experience.

Strong experience working directly with software development teams.

Excellent stakeholder communication and relationship-management skills.

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and the software development lifecycle.

Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

Confident facilitating conversations between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience with Asana, or similar platforms.

Scrum certification is an asset.
