About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Crime Screening Engineer (Fircosoft) to join our team and support the implementation, integration, and optimization of Fircosoft (LexisNexis) screening solutions for global banking and financial services clients. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex AML, sanctions screening, and compliance technology projects while collaborating with international teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation, integration, configuration, and upgrade of Fircosoft Continuity v6, Fircosoft Filter, Firco MultiList Manager, and Firco MultiLaws.
- Configure advanced Fircosoft modules including Automatic Hit Qualifier (AHQ), Pairing, Stripping, Manual Screening, Workflow Accelerator, and Hit-Level Qualification.
- Gather and analyze client requirements, support solution architecture reviews, and develop deployment plans.
- Install, upgrade, and provide Level 3 support and troubleshooting for Fircosoft applications across Windows and Linux environments.
- Participate in testing, validation, disaster recovery exercises, and failover activities.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and support guides.
- Deliver training and knowledge transfer sessions to clients and internal teams.
- Support security hardening initiatives and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Collaborate with global teams, providing technical guidance, solution reviews, and support for critical client engagements.
- Stay current with Fircosoft products, financial crime compliance trends, and emerging technologies.
- Participate in occasional after-hours support calls and travel when required.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Fircosoft Continuity, Fircosoft Filter, Firco MultiList Manager, and Firco MultiLaws.
- Hands-on experience supporting Windows and Linux environments.
- Experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting sanctions screening and financial crime compliance solutions.
- Knowledge of the banking sector and SWIFT messaging is highly desirable.
- Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within global teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
