? Hiring: Senior Business Analyst (Banking & Wealth Management)
? Location: Mississauga, ON, Canada (Hybrid – Onsite Required)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a high-performing team supporting enterprise banking initiatives.
Must-Have Qualifications:
✅ 8+ years of Business Analysis experience
✅ Robust Banking/Financial Services domain experience (Recent experience is mandatory)
✅ Hands-on experience with Wealth Management projects
✅ Strong knowledge of JIRA and Agile/Scrum methodologies
✅ Experience gathering business requirements, writing user stories, and working closely with stakeholders and development teams
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
- Experience working on large-scale enterprise banking transformation projects
- Strong documentation and process modeling skills
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional Agile teams
Important Notes:
- Recent Banking client experience is mandatory.
- Candidates with multiple short-term projects or frequent job changes will not be considered.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid onsite model in Mississauga, ON.
