About the Role: We’re seeking a strategic and execution-focused Snr. Director of Revenue Operations to lead our GTM systems, analytics, and deal desk functions. This role will own the end-to-end technology stack supporting Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, while driving data-driven insights and operational excellence across the revenue engine. Reporting to the CFO, this is a highly cross-functional leadership role critical to scaling our next phase of growth. Responsibilities:

GTM Technology Stack Ownership

Own and optimize the end-to-end go-to-market technology stack (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Groove, Clay, CPQ, etc.), ensuring seamless integration, adoption, enablement and alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate new tools, manage implementations, and drive adoption.

Help drive adoption through structured enablement programs in partnership with the Sales Enablement team,



ensuring every team gets full value from the stack.

Improve and maintain data integrity and governance across all systems to enable accurate reporting and forecasting.

Revenue

Analytics & Business Intelligence

Build and maintain a unified GTM data model and reporting suite to support executive-level decision-making.

Deliver recurring insights on pipeline health, funnel conversion, customer segmentation, and revenue performance.

Partner with Finance to support board-level reporting, budgeting, and planning processes.

Deal Desk

Management

Lead and scale the deal desk function to support pricing strategy, non-standard deal structuring, approvals, and contract processes.

Ensure consistency and efficiency in deal workflows, identifying and implementing more efficient approaches and collaborating closely with Sales, Legal, and Finance.

Act as a strategic partner to Sales leadership on quota setting, comp planning, and sales motions.

Operational

Excellence & Strategy

Drive operational rigor across the revenue org through standardized processes, documentation, and performance metrics.

Identify bottlenecks in the GTM funnel and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency and revenue yield.

Serve as a key thought partner to the CFO, Sales leadership and other execs on revenue strategy and execution. Team Leadership

Build and lead a high-performing RevOps team with expertise in systems, analytics, and process design.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability.

Requirements

Previous senior level sales, marketing, operations, or revenue operations experience

Previous experience driving and implementing Revenue Operations strategies

Clear communication of RevOps strategy across the company

Experience running day-to-day oversight of a SFDC administrator/CPQ

Worked with FY planning and territory planning as well as compensation planning

Alignment between Sales, Marketing, and Operations as part of the RevOps framework





Revenue-focused incentives and organizational strategies

10+ years software industry experience, (Deal Desk, Finance, Sales operations experience preferred)

Ability to manage multiple deals and tasks simultaneously and experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams

Ability to identify areas of improvement and propose necessary changes

Comfortable communicating with Executive level decision makers

Excellent business acumen and proven ability in commercial negotiations

Some experience in software revenue recognition principles and have worked closely with finance/revenue teams

Proven ability to manage teams across geographies

Experience in contract management

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong analytical skills along with ability to demonstrate practical judgment in complex situations

Great teamwork skills and collaboration skills

Good knowledge of MS Excel & Salesforce design.
