The Role

As a Senior Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining the safety, efficiency, and operational excellence of our facilities.

Responsibilities

- Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining facility systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance
- Leading and supporting technicians with preventative and corrective maintenance
- Responding to emergency maintenance issues as required
- Ensuring compliance with Worksafe NB regulations
- Adhering to all health, safety, and environmental laws and regulations
- Completing detailed documentation for scheduled and emergency maintenance and installations
- Supporting facility upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives
- Performing other related duties as required

Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial or commercial maintenance
- Mandatory HVAC experience
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing team environment

Assets That Will Set You Apart
- Red Seal Electrician certification
- Millwright certification
- Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS)
- 4th Class Power Engineer designation




- Previous experience in manufacturing or cannabis production environments

Schedule & Position Details
- Full-time position based at our Fredericton, New Brunswick facility
- Overtime required during peak production periods and project deadlines
