Senior Marketing Coordinator Job Details Full-time, permanent · Fully remote (Canada-based) Benefits
Flexible health spending account covering vision care, dental care, extended health care
Company events (GTA-based) to foster team connection
Company-provided laptop About Total e Integrated (TEI)
TEI builds the all-in-one ERP/CRM/POS platform that runs golf clubs and courses — everything from tee sheets and F&B; to member billing and back office, in one system. We serve golf and hospitality operators across North America and are entering our next growth phase. Marketing plays a direct role in how that growth happens.
About the Role
We’re hiring a Senior Marketing Coordinator to support the full marketing function of a growing B2B software company serving the golf and hospitality industry. This is a senior-level execution role with meaningful input into how campaigns are built. You will help drive lead generation, brand awareness, and sales pipeline across the full funnel — from cold outreach and content to warm nurture and conversion — by executing campaigns, producing content, and contributing ideas that keep our marketing sharp and effective.
Direction and strategy will come from senior leadership, but we expect you to bring experience, perspective, and initiative to the work. You won’t be waiting to be told how — you’ll be collaborating on what and then driving how with a high level of independence and quality.
You will also support client-related marketing requests as part of our expanding service offering.
This role is a strong fit for someone who:
Has done this before and is good at it — you know what effective B2B marketing looks like and how to contribute to it
Brings ideas to the table and follows through on execution
Stays current on how marketing is evolving — especially the role of AI — and actively applies that knowledge
Thrives in a role where you own the work and are trusted to deliver it
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Campaign Ideation & Execution (Core Function): Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute B2B campaigns across the full funnel. You will contribute to campaign ideation, own execution end-to-end, and track results. This covers both cold and warm motions. · Cold outreach support — content, sequences, and assets that help sales open and advance conversations
· Warm nurture and lifecycle campaigns — email sequences, retargeting assets, and re-engagement content
· Organic social and content campaigns across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
· Product, feature, and industry-moment campaigns that drive awareness and interest
Content Production & AI-Powered Creative: Produce marketing content efficiently and at a high standard, leveraging AI tools as a core part of your workflow.
This includes: · Copy for emails,
social posts, ads, and landing pages
· AI-generated images and video assets for campaigns and social media
· Repurposed long-form content (case studies, product updates, articles) into platform-ready formats
· Graphic design outputs using Canva and Adobe tools, consistent with brand standards
Sales Support: Produce the collateral, email sequences, and campaign assets that support the sales team and help shorten the sales cycle. This includes client-facing materials, sales decks, case studies, and supporting assets for outbound efforts.
Marketing Coordination & Operations: Keep the marketing function running smoothly and on schedule. · Maintain and execute against content calendars and campaign schedules across platforms
· Coordinate and fulfill incoming marketing requests, prioritizing those aligned to lead generation and sales objectives
· Track campaign performance and surface insights to inform future decisions
First 90 Days

Experience & Background
3–5+ years of experience in a marketing coordination, marketing specialist, or similar role
Demonstrated experience in B2B marketing, ideally in a software, SaaS, or technology environment
Proven ability to contribute to campaign planning and take full ownership of execution
Experience working in a small team or lean marketing environment where you wore multiple hats A portfolio or examples of campaigns, content, or creative work you have produced
Full-funnel fluency. Understand how cold and warm motions connect (awareness, capture, nurture, conversion) and have executed across both
Real experience with conversion-focused content (emails, landing pages, and ads)
Core Skills
Strong writing ability across multiple formats — social, email, ads, long-form — with a clear, professional, brand-aligned voice
Campaign thinking — ability to ideate, structure, and execute multi-asset campaigns from concept to delivery
Proficient in Canva; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is an asset
Comfortable with email platforms, CMS tools, and social scheduling tools
Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools (Instantly, Airtable, Constant Contact, Mailchimp, Pipedrive,
or similar)
Basic understanding of SEO, conversion-focused content, and lead generation principles
Proficient in AI writing tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT) for drafting, repurposing, and scaling content — with strong editorial judgment to maintain brand voice
Experience with AI image and video generation tools preferred (e.g. Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway ML, Kling, or Pika)
Mindset & Work Style
Collaborative: You work well with leadership and peers, contribute ideas constructively, and take direction well without needing to own the strategy
Execution-focused: You finish things. You produce polished, publish-ready work without needing someone to check every step
Curious & current: You follow what’s changing in marketing — especially AI — and you actively apply current tools and approaches to your work
Organized & reliable: You manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and flag issues early rather than quietly missing targets
Autonomous: Comfortable operating with minimal daily supervision while staying aligned to defined priorities and systems
Nice to Have
SaaS or vertical software marketing experience (ERP, CRM, or similar)
Familiarity with golf, hospitality, club management, or recreation industries
Experience owning marketing execution end-to-end in a lean or growing team
Marketing automation experience Why Join Us An industry you can get excited about: We serve the golf and hospitality industry across North America. It’s a niche market with real relationships and a loyal customer base — and our marketing has a genuine impact on business growth.

Modern marketing approach: We actively use AI, automation, and structured systems to improve performance and efficiency — and we expect the same from our team.
Remote first: Work from home with a balance of collaborative meetings and focused independent work.
