What you'll do

- Collaborate closely with senior leadership, platform stakeholders, and development teams to design and implement effective solutions tailored to client needs.

- Supervise technical governance and the operational models for delivery, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Maintain the health of instances by minimizing technical debt and promoting standardized procedures across the board.
- Support sales initiatives by providing accurate project scoping and estimation to align expectations with deliverables.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering the growth of internal expertise and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

- A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in professional services or a related educational background.
- Proven experience in management consulting, with a strong focus on architecture and design for large-scale initiatives.
- Deep understanding of enterprise architecture and cloud application technologies.
- Familiarity with established frameworks such as TOGAF or IT4IT, demonstrating a structured approach to architecture.
- Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time to meet client and project needs.
- Experience in integrating artificial intelligence into workflows, enhancing decision-making processes, and solving complex problems.
- Current certifications in ServiceNow that align with relevant workflows, showcasing your expertise.
- Robust communication skills, with the ability to convey intricate technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively.
