- As a Senior Product Designer on our design team, you will be part of the Proposals product squad. You will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of the tools contractors use to win the job, often balancing competing goals of fidelity, release velocity, delight, and developer bandwidth

- You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive, user-centered designs that exceed customer expectations and drive business success. Our goal is to enable you to do the best design work of your career by providing agency as a designer to make critical product decisions

- Own the end-to-end design process for the Proposals Squad while collaborating closely with product managers and engineers

- Work in an iterative design process: initiating UX research, prototyping, usability testing, incorporating internal+external feedback, and evaluating metrics when available

- Apply strategic thinking to product features, ensuring your design solutions align with company goals

- Contribute to the design team’s culture through design jams, critiques, retrospectives, and cross-squad initiatives

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights to incorporate into your design solutions

- Advocate for our users. We are customer-obsessed, and every decision is made with our customers in mind
