Our client a supplier of advanced manufacturing and high-precision CNC machining to the global defense, aerospace, automotive, and heavy industrial sectors has requested we search for a Senior Project Manager Senior Project Manager - Military/Defence/Aerospace Key Factors Defence Contract & Program Management Capital Project & Manufacturing Tender & Proposal Management Regulatory Compliance (CGP, ITAR/EAR, ISO/AS9100) Responsibilities - Responsible for leading projects through their entire lifecycle (pre-award activities to post-award execution)

- Managing projects involving large-scale manufacturing, capital investment (CAPEX), and industrial capability development.
- Project Manager lead and oversee a team of project coordinators, engineers, planners Knowledge - Project management methodologies and lifecycle practices (PMBOK or equivalent)
- Defence contracting processes and compliance frameworks
- Manufacturing processes, engineering workflows, and quality systems (ISO, AS9100)
- Cost control, budgeting, and Earned Value Management (EVMS)
- Industrial security and export compliance (CGP, ITAR, EAR)
- Construction and CAPEX project principles within manufacturing settings
- ERP/MRP systems and project scheduling software (e.g. MS Project)
- Financial acumen for cost analysis, forecasting, and capital planning Core Competencies - Manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities

- 10+ years of progressive experience managing complex technical and capital projects in a defence manufacturing or industrial production environment.
- Proven success leading multidisciplinary project teams through both pre-award and post-award project phases.
- Experience with and strong understanding of defence contract models (Firm Fixed Price, CPFF, IDIQ), and compliance (CGP, ITAR/EAR)
