AWS Canada drives adoption of the AWS cloud across Independent Software Vendors (ISV) customers, enabling organizations to innovate and transform their business. We are seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to serve as a credible technical leader and strategic advisor, helping customers architect solutions to complex business and technology challenges.

In this role, you will partner with senior customer leaders, sales, and cross-functional AWS teams to influence long-term technology strategy and accelerate transformational cloud adoption. You will design end-to-end architectures, lead cross-team solution delivery, and create reusable assets that benefit customers across the organization. This role offers the prospect to drive strategic impact while working with latest technologies and solving some of our customers' most complex challenges.

Key job responsibilities

- Architect extensible, reusable, and operationally excellent cloud solutions to complex migration, modernization, and innovation challenges




- Build and own strategic relationships with senior customer leaders across business areas, understanding their industry context and business objectives to influence long-term technology strategy and proactively identify opportunities that support business outcomes
- Provide technical leadership across internal and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions, building consensus on technical approaches and negotiating architectural trade-offs to drive measurable business impact
- Develop and deliver technical content such as workshops, prototypes, and presentations and speak at events to help customers evaluate and adopt new technologies
- Advocate for customers by identifying product gaps and feature requests, and work with AWS service teams to help them understand customer needs
