About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of System Engineering to take on a pivotal role in the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and owning the critical engineering functions of Release Management, QA, and Dev Ops, with a focus on building a robust quality engineering framework.

This hands-on leadership position requires a deep background in quality engineering, platform reliability, and a proven track record of driving a cultural shift towards automation-first practices. The VP will be instrumental in maintaining the quality standards and processes across the engineering organization, ensuring the delivery of reliable,



compliant software to regulated financial institutions.

Key responsibilities for the VP of System Engineering include engineering leadership, designing and implementing the quality framework, and leading the Dev Ops strategy. The role demands a leader with at least 10 years of engineering experience, including a minimum of 4 years in engineering leadership, and a solid technical background in modern automation tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have experience in fintech or similarly regulated environments, and a background in driving AI coding and testing tool adoption. The VP will also be expected to have excellent communication skills, strong cross-functional credibility, and the ability to influence and hold senior stakeholders accountable to quality standards.
