You will own the implementation process for a variety of clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives while strategizing with the Customer Operations team. Your problem-solving skills and consultative approach will support navigating complex implementations, all aimed at maximizing customer engagement and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple concurrent implementations effectively
- Lead customer kickoff meetings for implementation clarity
- Conduct working sessions to resolve customer inquiries
- Guide clients in developing operational plans based on outcomes
- Maintain project updates using Gainsight and monday.com
Requirements:
- 3+ years in an implementation role or similar
- 2+ years managing SaaS project implementations
- Proven stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce and analytics tools
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
