Duties

- Take accurate orders using a POS (Point of Sale) system, ensuring timely and correct delivery.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to responsible serving guidelines.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, following food safety and food handling standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure prompt delivery of orders and resolve any customer concerns efficiently.
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously through effective time management skills,
ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
Skills
- Proven experience in restaurant or food industry settings, with a strong background in food service or bartending.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cashiering.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest experiences.
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure health standards are maintained.
- Strong math skills for accurate cash handling, basic math calculations, and managing tabs or bills.
- Effective time management abilities to prioritize tasks during busy hours without compromising service quality.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a hospitality environment while demonstrating professionalism and reliability.
