Requirements:

Candidate must be over 19 years of age and have at least two years of previous server experience in a fast-paced restaurant. Must have a valid serving-it-right certificate. Qualified candidates must have solid customer service skills, solid serving experience, able to attend work reliably, responsible, and punctual.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

- provide excellent customer service by greeting, presenting menus, making recommendations and describing menu items, and answering questions in regards to food and drinks
- taking and packing orders for dine-in and take-out, relaying guests' preferences and needs to kitchen with accuracy
- accepting payment through credit or debit cards, and carrying on float for cash payments, conducting proper cash outs at the end of the day
- serving food and drinks promptly and attentive to guests' needs
- exceeding customer expectations in a fast-paced setting
- mixing and serving drinks
- able to attend work reliably




- perform any and all other job related tasks assigned by management including: stocking up inventory, cleaning, sweeping, mopping, stamping bags, washing dishes (if needed), etc.

Skills, knowledge, experience, and qualifications:

- valid serving-it-right certificate required
- food safe level one preferred
- previous experience with 'touch screens' systems preferred
- able to safely lift equipment of awkward size and to a weight of 25 pounds
- proven ability to quickly and accurately handle and balance cash, credit and debit cards
- previous experience in up-selling and suggestive selling preferred
- previous experience as a team player
- ability to multi-task and take direction well required
- reliable attendance record required
- Proven organizational skills required
- Flexible to a changing schedule

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

- serving: 2 years (required)
