Duties

- Use POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to process orders efficiently and accurately
- Handle cash transactions responsibly, including cashiering duties like cash handling and providing correct change
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tables, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, promptly addressing any concerns or special requests
- Assist in food handling and serving to ensure timely delivery of orders from the kitchen to guests
Skills
- Proven experience in restaurant or food service environments, with a strong understanding of hospitality principles
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for efficient order processing and cashiering
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or drink orders simultaneously without compromising quality
