Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with precision, including processing payments and giving correct change
- Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, bar stations, and dining spaces in accordance with health regulations




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns efficiently

Qualifications

- Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in rapid-paced environments
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Ability to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively during busy hours
- Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and order calculations
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
- Experience with serving alcohol responsibly is a plus but not required; training provided if necessary
