We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing attentive service, accurately taking orders, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities

- Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options.
- Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff efficiently.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
- Process payments accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and credit transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.




- Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow servers to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Washing the dishes regularly.

Skills

- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on guest services and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy shifts.
- Basic math skills for accurate order taking and cash handling.
- Experience in food service or food preparation is preferred but not required.
- Proficient in cashiering practices and handling transactions confidently.
- Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing is advantageous.
- A positive attitude, robust communication skills, and the ability to work well within a team environment.
